Get in touch (however suits you)

Some people reach out with a few questions first. Others are happy to book a site visit straight away. Either is fine. The goal at this stage is simply to make sure what we do is exactly what you’re looking for.

Site visit and a clear plan

The easiest way for us to put together the best plan is with a quick home visit.
During the visit, we’ll usually talk through:

  • what cleaning frequency would suit you best (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)
  • which areas matter most to you
  • what days work best with your routine
  • the easiest and safest way to handle access

From there, we’ll give you a clear quote for ongoing cleaning.

If it’s helpful, we can also talk through whether an initial setup or deeper clean would be worthwhile before starting regular visits. There’s no obligation either way, it’s just about setting things up properly from the start.

Your first clean

Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll book in your first clean and confirm the ongoing schedule.
If you’d like to be home for that first visit, you can meet the team. If not, that’s completely fine too.

By this point, everything is already organized. We’ll check in early on to make sure things are running as expected.

After that, the service is designed to run quietly in the background.

You’ll know when we’re coming, communication stays simple, and changes are easy if you ever need them.

Nope! Most of our clients aren’t home during their clean. Some choose to give us a key, others use a lockbox. Whatever’s easiest for you—we’re flexible.

What’s included in a standard house clean?

Every clean is tailored to your home, but typically we’ll cover:

• Bathrooms (showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors)
• Kitchen (benches, splash backs stovetop, sinks)
• General dusting, ie table tops, skirting boards, vacuuming, mopping

We’ll chat during your home visit about anything extra you’d like us to include (like oven cleaning, inside windows, etc.).

How much does it cost?

We offer simple, flat monthly pricing based on your home and cleaning frequency. No surprises or extra fees—everything’s upfront and predictable. Most clients go fortnightly or weekly depending on how busy the home is.
